The Athenea apartments are located around 850m to the beautiful beaches of Empuries and the Roman and Greek ruins of the same name. The apartment complex is easily accessable from the main road into L'Escala.

The apartment complex has a communal pool located in beautiful lawned areas. The apartment complex has around 50 apartments.

Our apartment is on the ground floor and was nelwy built in 2007. It consists of two bedrooms one with a double bed, and one bedroom with a single bed and a pull out bed (Full Size). A long style ultra modern kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer , dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, is found to the right of the entrance door.

The lounge and diner are combined and have a set of patio doors which open onto a terrace and large grassed lawn area which overlooks the communal pool...perfect to sit and watch the kids in the pool while enjoying a glass of wine in the shade! There is a full bathroom with bath and overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.

The apartment is brand new and is furnished with very modern styles. Private underground parking with remote control access is also provided.

The beach of Empuries is located at about 15 mins walk. The beachfront has a couple of beach bars and restaurant in the Hotel Ampurias.

In peak season a funfair is located at the start of Riells beach which is approx. 30 mins walk. The old village of L'escala is approx. a 20 mins walk.
