The upper floor has a bedroom with twin single beds and a double bedroom. Also upstairs is a bathroom with shower and W.C. Outside a private pool is located in a private garden with terraces and a garage.

The beach of Riells is located at about 15 mins walk. The beachfront has numerous bars and restaurants. Local supermarkets are also located here.
