The villa accommodation is all on one level set slightly above ground level accommodating a set of steps to a small covered terrace. The dining area comfortably seats six and the modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fitted oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The four bedrooms (one double and three twin) all have fitted wardrobes. The villa has a bathroom with shower and a shower room. The villa has more dining seating available outside on the terraces.

The beach of Montgó is  is located at about 15 mins walk. The beachfront has some bars and restaurants. Local supermarkets are also located here close to the beach.

The beach of Riells is located at about 20 to 25 mins walk. The beachfront has numerous bars and restaurants and again a local supermarket is also located here.
