The private swimming pool is Roman ended and heated (optional) and is 7 meters by 4 meters it has lighting for late evening use.
On the terrace close to the pool there is a Shower with solar heated water supply as well as cold mains supply.
There is a large one level terrace surrounding the swimming pool and side of the house, and in addition there is a separate lower garden area which is laid to decking with a sandpit for children on the lower level. The whole terrace is enclosed with security gates for children's safety.
The garden is beautiful with many plants and trees and is relaxing to stroll around.
