Set on the top of "Puig Sec", Villa Kaphini is a house with fantastic views of the bay of Roses and beyond.

Set on three levels with the lounge and kitchen on the ground level along with a full bathroom.(Level 0)

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with a full bathroom to share. (Level (+1)

On the lower floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a shower/toilet to share (-1)

Three bathrooms are available, two with bath/shower and one with shower.

The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, gas hob and electric oven. Also plenty of plates, pans cutlery and dishes.

The house is equipped with Internet, TV and  TDT.

Outside there is a BBQ area with stone table and chairs. The pool area is securely closed with a locked gate.
