Casa Francoli is a three bedroomed house set in the urbanisation of Pinamar 7 in L´Escala.

The house is very modern and is well furnished.. There is a small private garden at the rear of the house. From the garden you can enter the communal gardens, barbecue and pool area. The house has two bathrooms, one of which has a bath, the other a shower. Upstairs are one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. Downstairs there is twin bedroom with single bed and full size pull-out single bed. Also downstairs and a lounge/diner and modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The whole house benefits from Air Conditioning (Central Heating in winter).

Guests have access to Wifi via a communal antenna. WiFi is available however the WiFi signal in the house is weak but in the communal gardens the signal is good.

The house is located between two beaches. Riells, a big beach with a promenade, shops, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in 25 mins. The other beach, Montgo, is smaller and has some bars and shops nearby. It can be reached on foot in 20 mins.

The community of houses is mainly a mix of holiday homes and rental properties. There are usually lots of families renting.

The pool can be used from 9.00 to 21.00 but, with consent of other families, it can be used later.
